Our cakes are made from scratch and baked with only the finest natural ingredient. Each gourmet pie is 8 inches unsliced, weighs approximately 27 ounces and serves up to 8 people. Each cheesecake is 6 inches unsliced, weighs approximately 16 ounces and serves up to 6 people. Cakes arrive cold or frozen and may be kept frozen up to 6 months. They may be re-frozen and can be stored in your refrigerator for 5-7 days.
